虽然以色列和哈马斯的残酷争斗还未平息，但外媒同样关注着云南昭通地震。与国内媒体相比，他们的报道力度虽然不那么大，但关注程度并不低，网站首页上都有第一时间的新闻：

位于香港的《南华早报》，其标题关注得更深更细：

《云南地震幸存者急切地等待食物和药品供给》

当然，这样的标题要建立在采访的基础上：

一位在龙井村的志愿者教师表示，村民必须要冒着大雨，待在户外，因为他们的房屋有倒塌的风险。黄对本报说，“我们极其需要食物、水、帐篷和电。”

Huang Min, a volunteer teacher in Longjing village, said villagers had to stay outside, despite heavy rains, as their homes were in danger of collapse. "We're in desperate need of food, water, tents and electricity," Huang told the newspaper.

对于情况的变化，比如山体滑坡和堰塞湖的危险，外媒也都做出了跟国内媒体基本相同的报道。

在报道之外，外国网友的评论同样值得一观。CNN的新闻稿件后面有700多条评论，大多数网友都对于地震中的伤亡表示了哀悼，并且为灾民祈福：

Monte Carlo：为遇难者致哀，保证安全，会有很多余震的——这类大地震中很常见。

Condolences to the victims. Stay safe, people, there'll be many aftershocks - common to quake this big

mep34530：愿所有逝者安息，对遇难者和他们的家属衷心致哀。

Beitianhao：为遇难者致哀。更重要的是，中国需要从这样的灾难中吸取教训，中国需要在提升普通民众的住房质量上投入更多的注意力，防止这样的事情再度发生。

Condolences to the victims.What is more important,China should take a lesson from disasters like this.China should put more attention on improving the housing quality of ordinary people and prevent similar situation occurring again.

Rocky：云南是中国最美的省份之一……我希望伤亡可以保持在低水平，并且对遇难者和他们的家属表示哀悼。

Yunnan is one of the most beautiful provinces of China...I just hope the casualties remain low and express my condolences with the victims and their families

当然，也有人一发言就能把水搅浑，比如下面这位：

Jesus is God：如果他们接受了耶稣，并且成为了真正的基督徒，他们将会身后与主同在，并获得真正的安息。但作为邪恶文化和宗教的信徒，很多可怜的灵魂都不能被拯救，并且将在耶稣的裁决后与撒旦为伍。

If only they had accepted Jesus and become True Christians, they would have been with Him in their afterlife and the RIP would hold true for them. As practitioners of a satanic culture and religion, so many poor souls have been lost from being Saved, and will now live in company of satan when Jesus Judges them in the afterlife.

在他的留言后面，是一大串抨击和吵架的跟帖。不过与这位网友的走火入魔相比，以下言论其实更过分，简直就是教科书般的网络戾气：

GlennBond：我 就不会致哀，他们是地球上最恶劣的动物虐待者！只要能赚钱，他们一点都不在意环境！他们只在乎$$$$！这样他们就可以买LV、Gucci的包，甚至囤积 起来！生在这个国家的动物好不幸啊！他们吃狗肉，难怪那些奇怪的病毒，像SARS都来自那里。他们什么都吃，所以大自然反击了！好得很。

Not from me. They are some of the worst animal abusers on the planet! They also don't care at all about the environment. Only if it makes them money! It's all about $$$$$$ to them! So they can go and buy their LV and Gucci handbags etc when they aren't hoarding it! It's horrible to be an animal born in that country! They eat dog etc. no wonder these strange viruses like SARS comes out of there. They eat anything! Nature fighting back! Good.

另一条回应乍一看是对上文的批驳，但仔细读读，却同样有着恶意：

Luis：Glenn有点道理，通常来说，中国人是非常残忍的，但是并不代表他们都那样残忍，或者说他们活该死在倒塌的房屋里。……你不能因为一棵病树砍掉整片森林……

Glenn has a point. in general Chinese are very cruel people indeed but it doesn't mean that they are ALL cruel or that they deserve to die under a crumbled building... You cant chop down a whole forest becuse of bad tree...

当一个国家发生灾难的时候，你总能在全球各地的网站上看到形形色色的反应，在同情与祈祷温暖人心的同时，无聊调侃甚至恶毒攻击从不缺席。

这种时候，我们应该想办法看清楚大部分人的善意，看明白一些人提出的建设性质疑和意见（比如很多人对建筑质量的疑问和建议），同时可以像下面这位一样，回击恶心的言论：

OctopusP对GlennBond说：回去吃药，千万别停。

Take your medicine, don't stop it again.

或者，大家就让它自行风干吧。

愿地震逝者安息，生者坚强。■
