这句话来自彭博社的一则报道，至于为什么巴黎会被形容为一种病，原因也很简单：因为现实中的巴黎，与中国人看过的电影里（比如《一个美国人在巴黎》或者《天使爱美丽》）或者想象中的那个美丽城市差距实在太大喽。

一位20岁的中国游客是这样形容自己的失望的：

●　“我一直觉得欧洲是一个干净的地方，但是我发现巴黎非常脏，法国人太不在意清洁了。”

○　“I thought Europe would be a very clean place but I found that Paris is quite dirty and French people don’t really care about cleanliness.”

城市卫生只是一个方面，对于不少中国游客，法国人特有的傲慢也让人不好受，而另一个问题更麻烦——盗窃抢劫。

根据统计，中国游客在巴黎平均每天会花费56欧元，远远超过各国游客的人均26欧元。这方面，中国在法国旅行社协会主席周先生（Jean-François Zhou）是最有发言权的。

●　“有些时候，他们（指中国游客）会用500欧元的大钞来买一个冰淇淋，”周表示，他们通常会把大额人民币转换为欧元，以节省手续费，而且中国人也不像欧洲人那样普遍地使用信用卡。

○　“Sometimes, they’ll try to pay for an ice cream with a 500-euro bill,” Zhou said. They usually convert large amounts of yuan to limit money-changing fees, and the use of credit cards isn’t as common in China as it is in Europe, he said.

很自然地，中国游客成为了巴黎小偷甚至抢劫犯的目标。具体的案例，也许你问问身边去过巴黎的人就能听到几则，因为实在是太频发了。

当然，面对这些问题，法国方面也并不是无动于衷，毕竟中国游客对于法国的旅游收入已经十分重要。几个月前，就有这么一出：

●　几个月前，中国提出派遣一些本国警察到巴黎，以帮助中国游客……但他们最终没有成行，因为就中国警察究竟是按照哪国法规执勤，双方并没有达成共识。

○　A few months ago, China offered to send some of its own police to Paris to help tourists...It didn’t happen because the two sides couldn’t agree under whose rules the Chinese police would operate.

综合以上因素，彭博认为，巴黎的现实形象正在让中国游客流失。

彭博的文章发表后，各国网友留言也滚滚而来。首先是给巴黎补刀的：

●　不仅是中国游客的体验差，我（两年前）在巴黎的经历也很相似……就建筑来说，这个城市很美，博物馆令人惊叹，但是对我来说，好的一面也就到此为止了。这座城市非常肮脏，当地人对于自己的城市都不够尊重。我经常看到人们最低乱扔垃圾，即使附近有垃圾桶。犯罪也很严重，特别是小偷小摸。我感觉在巴黎比在中东和东南亚更危险。

○　This is not unique to Chinese tourists, my experience in Paris (two years ago) was very similar...Architecturally, the city is beautiful, and its museums are impressive, but that's pretty much where the positives ended, for me anyway. The city is filthy, and the locals generally seem to have little respect for their own city. I frequently saw people throw trash on the ground, even when there was a trash bin close by. Crime is quite bad, especially petty crime. I felt more at risk in Paris than I did in in the Middle East or Southeast Asia.

●　是的，法国人很刻薄，那是因为他们不希望中国人向他们的雕像和孩子吐痰。中国人，请远离巴黎。就待在在东方吧，继续向其他国家出口垃圾，这样他们就会更恨你们了。

○　Yes, Parisians are mean because they don't want chinese spitting on their monuments and on their children. Stay out of Paris, if you're chinese. Stay in the orient and keep exporting garbage to other countries so they can hate you more.

当然，在今天的互联网上，这样的言论很快就会被回击的。
